Former President Donald Trump’s 18-year-old son, Barron Trump, has been selected by the Republican Party of Florida to serve as a delegate to the Republican National Convention (RNC) in July.

Both Politico and ABC News shared the Florida GOP’s list of delegates on Wednesday, revealing that the 18-year-old Trump – along with his siblings Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Tiffany Boulos – had been selected for Florida’s delegation to the RNC.

The list – which misspelled Barron’s name – also showed Trump Jr’s fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle and Tiffany’s husband Michael Boulos had been selected as delegates.

Ivanka Trump, who served as a senior adviser during the Trump administration, was the only one of Trump’s children absent from the list.

An anonymous Trump campaign official confirmed to ABC News that Barron Trump was “on the delegation roster” and that he had become “very interested in our nation’s political process” since turning 18 in March.

In a statement, Republican Party of Florida chairman Evan Power said, “We are lucky to have a great group of grassroots leaders, elected officials, and members of the Trump family working together as part of the Florida delegation to the 2024 Republican National Convention.”

He added, “The RPOF is ready for a great convention in Milwaukee, but more importantly, we are excited as we continue to lay the groundwork in Florida for success. Mark my words, we are going to win, and we will win big in November!”

The 2024 Republican National Convention is planned to take place in Milwaukee from July 15 to July 18.
