Marco Rubio cautions that Iran is 'prevailing in the conflict within the United States' and criticizes demonstrations that cheered the attack on Israel

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) cautions that Iran is “winning the war inside of America” while criticizing protesters who expressed support for its attack on Israel.

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) cautioned that Iran is 'prevailing in the conflict within the United States' and criticized protestors who showed support for its assault on Israel last week on Fox News Thursday morning.

Host Dana Perino began the conversation by inquiring Rubio's thoughts on “what's happening in Israel” and in the United States as “anti-Semitism spreads.”

Rubio tackled the starting topic by predicting that Israel would “respond at a time and manner of their choosing” and arguing that Iran is the the main cause of much of the conflict in the Middle East, labeling it “the source of all the violence and instability.”

Then he proceeded to the second.

“The primary source of violence and instability in the Middle East is not the Israeli-Palestinian issue, it is the Iranian involvement. And I think that bleeds over here into the United States,” expressed Rubio. “Imagine if you're sitting in Tehran today and you're watching those images of those radicals in Columbia or blocking streets in San Francisco, and you begin to think to yourself, we're not only winning- ‘We're winning the war inside of America,’ as a growing number of Americans are aligning themselves and actually cheering Iranian attacks on the Jewish state.”

“It's deeply concerning. And how much longer are we going to tolerate this craziness in our own country?” he inquired.

“It's skyrocketed here at home and has skyrocketed in an election year. The far left is promoting a lot of that and that was confirmed by what happened just a few days ago,” agreed Fox’s Bill Hemmer. “And you wonder how that plays in an election year. And we're not even into the summer or fall months. I mean, this this could get bigger and bigger.”

The Anti-Defamation League has reported on a number of celebrations of the Iranian attack by the far-left, including at a conference in Chicago where attendees chanted “Hands off Iran!”
