The most effective method to safeguard Argentina’s sovereignty is to enhance the alliance with the United States, as mentioned by the president of the Latin American country, Javier Miley.

He met with General Laura Richardson, the head of the US Southern Command, who had arrived in Argentina on Friday night. The meeting occurred at the naval base in Ushuaia, the southernmost part of the continent, which serves as a gateway to Antarctica.

“Today, the best means to protect our sovereignty is to strengthen the alliance with the United States and all the countries of the world that defend freedom,” Miley said.

“He expressed gratitude for General Richardson’s visit and the United States' support. He expressed hope that these initial actions would initiate a special relationship between the two countries, allowing the spread of freedom across the globe.,” he added.
