A man died on Friday after being shot on Thursday in Aurora's Montview Park, and the police are searching for two suspects.
Aurora police were called to Montview Park on Thursday following a report of a shooting that injured an unidentified adult man, who was taken to the hospital. This information was posted by the police department on X at 3:42 p.m. Thursday.
Two suspects are known to the officers, but both are currently evading the authorities, as per the post.
The victim succumbed to his injuries on Friday morning, according to an update from the police department.
The man's identity will be disclosed by the Adams County Coroner's Office at a later time.
