Wide receiver Calvin Ridley and the Tennessee Titans have reached a four-year, $92 million agreement, according to a source familiar with the details speaking to the Associated Press on Wednesday.
Ridley brings additional offensive talent to the young Titans quarterback Will Levis. He appeared in all 17 games for the Jaguars last season, following a two-year absence due to a foot injury, a mental health hiatus, and a yearlong suspension for gambling. He recorded 76 catches for 1,016 yards and eight touchdowns.
“I believe next year will definitely be an improvement for me,” Ridley commented after the season finale. “It was crucial for me to gain experience this year. I managed to stay healthy throughout the season. I am confident in my abilities as a young, agile player.”
