Russell Wilson is scheduled to join the Pittsburgh Steelers as their quarterback later today.
The 35-year-old ignited social media on Monday with a post on X, previously known as Twitter, that featured “Renegade” playing over videos of fans waving Terrible Towels. His wife, Ciara Wilson, shared it with a series of black and gold hearts.

Ciara is a star in her own right — a singer, songwriter, dancer, model, actress and more — gaining fame in 2004 with the popular single “Goodies” featuring Petey Pablo. Since then, she has had a number of successful singles, including “1, 2, Step” featuring Missy Elliot, “Oh” featuring Ludacris and the 2018 viral sensation “Level Up.”
Her collection of awards is quite extensive, encompassing a Grammy Award, two BET Awards, two MTV VMAs, a Billboard Woman in Music Woman of the Year Award, and multiple Soul Train Awards and Ascap Music Awards.

Ciara and Wilson started dating in 2015. They tied the knot in 2016 and welcomed daughter Sienna in 2017, son Win in 2020 and another daughter, Amora, in December 2023. Ciara also has a 9-year-old son named Future, whose father is rapper Future.
