The westbound section of I-70 is closed from exit 226 for Silver Plume to exit 221 for Bakerville and from exit 218 for Herman Gulch to exit 216 for U.S. 6 due to safety concerns, according to alerts on the agency’s website.

There are multiple vehicles that have spun out and crashed, and drivers should anticipate long delays, as mentioned by agency officials in the alert.

The eastbound section of I-70 is closed from exit 203 for east Frisco to exit 216 for U.S. 6 and from exit 180 for east Vail to exit 190 for Vail Pass Summit due to safety concerns.

U.S. 6 is closed going in both directions between I-70 and mile point 222 near Keystone Resort.
