Former President Donald Trump came out of a Manhattan courthouse on Thursday and once again complained about the criminal case against him. A jury had just been selected after four days of choosing jurors. Additional jurors still need to be chosen.

Trump is charged facing 34 felony charges for falsifying business records to hide hush money payments. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

“I'm supposed to be in New Hampshire, I'm supposed to be in Georgia, I'm supposed to be in North Carolina, in South Carolina, I'm supposed to be in a lot of places campaigning,” he told reporters while holding a stack of news articles about his trial. “But I've been here all day on a trial that really is very unfair. These are all stories from the last few days.”

Trump spent a few minutes looking through the articles from the Wall Street Journal and National Review. At one point, the former president mentioned three Fox News legal experts quickly, trying to prove his innocence.

“‘The whopping outrage in Trump’s indictment,'” he said, reading the headline from an article by Fox News’ article Andrew McCarthy . He then mentioned two more Fox News analysts. “Jonathan TurleyGregg Jarrett. . Andrew McCarthy. Every one of them saying, they call it a zombie case, meaning it is no case. And they say it’s unconstitutional.”After looking through a few more pages, Trump then complained about the temperature inside the courtroom.

“And I’m sitting here for days now from morning until night in that freezing room,” he continued. “Everybody was freezing in there. And all for this. This is your result.”
