RCMP is looking for an Alberta family after discovering an empty vehicle, might be in B.C

Police are worried about the family members' well-being

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a mother and her five children who are missing from central Alberta.

Authorities are worried about the family's safety and think they might be in southern British Columbia.

The last contact with them was on Wednesday, and the mother's truck was found abandoned a few days earlier in a parking lot in south Calgary.

The family was recently residing in the Meridian Beach area in Ponoka County.

The family members are Winnie Mani, 39, and her daughters, Liliane, 24, and Debra, 18.

The three youngest are Mani’s sons, Israel, 15, Samuel, 14, and Gabriel, 13.
