President Joe Biden complained to a White House reporter on Friday after the reporter shouted a question at the president, asking if he no longer supported Israel.

Biden and his administration conveyed to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday that they required to see concrete steps to bring more assistance into Gaza in order to continue their policy of unlimited support for the war effort against Hamas.

Israel promptly announced new pathways for assistance to enter Gaza in the hopes of satisfying Biden and easing the escalating tensions.

“We’re going to start with regard to the earthquake. I spoke to the governor. He thinks everything’s under control. He’s not too concerned about it. The governor of New Jersey. So things are all right,” Biden first told reporters as he was leaving the White House.

“Did you threaten to stop military aid to Israel?” shouted a reporter with a British accent.

“I asked them to do what they’re doing,” Biden replied.

As Biden walked away the reporter shouted, “Are you abandoning Israel?”

“Where you from, man?” said Biden, stopping and turning.

“Are you abandoning Israel?” shouted the reporter again.

“Is that a serious question?” Biden responded.
