A woman from Braddock has been accused of killing a man in a shooting incident in Duquesne on Saturday evening, according to Allegheny County police.
Police were called to the 25 block of North 2nd Street just before 6:15 p.m. after a report of a man being shot in the chest. The man was found dead at the location, as per the police.
Two people were held at the scene. Latiya Hicks, 24, was charged with criminal homicide related to the shooting early on Sunday. She was presented before the court and is currently detained in Allegheny County Jail.
