Bridge and road construction will lead to limited traffic in Greensburg and Rostraver

The single-lane restrictions for PennDOT road projects in Greensburg and Rostraver are set to start on Monday.

The PennDOT road projects in Greensburg and Rostraver will start having single-lane restrictions on Monday.

During the bridge work over Route 30 in Greensburg, the westbound traffic on Route 136, between Hamilton and Lincoln avenues, will be reduced to one lane. This project, which is part of a $1.3 million bridge preservation effort by Mekis Construction Corporation, is anticipated to last until early May.

In Rostraver, lane restrictions are planned for Route 906 (Webster Road) between C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway/Donora-Monessen Bridge and the Allegheny County line. Tresco Paving Corporation will be milling and resurfacing the road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays until late April.
