Denver jail deputy arrested in Jefferson County for assault, domestic violence

Lauren Vialpando, 31, was taken into custody by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, as documented in jail records.

Vialpando, who has been working as a deputy sheriff since 2017 and is currently assigned to the Denver County Jail, has been placed on investigatory leave. The agency’s public integrity division has initiated an investigation into the matter, as stated in a news release.
